I am visiting BBH for the first time. How should I come prepared?

  • List down your doubts, questions, concerns, symptoms, and medical history before you come for the consultation
  • Book an appointment online. Preferably, finish registration process and payment online to save time
  • Note down the reference number generated during registration. Remember to bring this when you come down for the appointment
  • At the reception quote the reference number

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes. We hope to have an online payment gateway operational in a short while.

What are the visiting hours?

General Visiting hours (Mon to Sun) -4pm to 7pm. In addition, on Sun – 11am to 1pm

Do you have ambulance service?

Yes, we do.

Is there a cafeteria in BBH?

Yes. The hospital cafeteria provides meal service to visitors. The hours of service are Monday to Sunday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Can I bring flowers and food from outside the hospital?

No, brining both flowers & food from outside is discouraged for patient safety and well being concerns.

Does BBH have an in-campus pharmacy for any medicine needs?

Yes, please note that the pharmacy accepts only prescriptions drawn at BBH.

What kind of assistance can I expect for claiming insurance from my provider?

We have a corporate office with a dedicated Insurance Help desk & reimbursement section to serve you.

If I have a complaint, how will it be handled?

Complaints are generally handled by the Guest Relations Staff. The hospital solicits your written feedback, which maybe completed & returned in person or emailed to guestrelation@bbh.org.in
