Required qualification B.TH or B.D. Degree of the Senate of Serampore, or recognized by any academic equivalent. Male candidates should have completed three years in professional pastoral ministry. (Female candidates are exempted from this.)

B.TH / B.D or M. Div degree from any university/college, with a bachelor degree in any subject from any regular university. Both male and female candidates should have completed three years in professional pastoral ministry.
