Dr. Badari has been with Bangalore Baptist Hospital since 2009. With a postgraduate degree in ENT and Head and Neck Surgery, Dr Badari has a special interest in Allergy and Asthma.

Dr. Badari has been the faculty for more than 45 national-level work communication workshops conducted by BBH. He is also a member of various committees at the national and state level and is the coordinator for the subcommittee on quality systems for the government of Karnataka. He is the examiner for postgraduate and undergraduate students and has guided 7 postgraduate students in their theses. Dr Badari the examiner for Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award and AHPI award.

Before joining Bangalore Baptist Hospital, Dr. Badari worked as a lecturer of ENT at AIMS, Bellur and also worked in Royal Blackburn Hospital, the UK for four years.
